Construction dust is not normal dust. It is finer, it is everywhere, and it keeps settling for days after the work stops — which is why a single clean never finishes the job and any company promising one has not done many. We clean in passes, top down, and we come back for the settle.
How we handle construction dust
- Top-down passes: ceilings and fixtures first, floors last
- HEPA vacuuming of every surface, not just the floors
- Vents and returns wiped so the system stops recirculating it
- Paint flecks, adhesive and sticker residue removed from glass and fittings
- Inside cabinets, drawers and closets — where the dust hides
- A return settle-pass a few days later, quoted upfront
What it doesn't cover
- Rubbish, offcut or debris removal
- Anything the contractor is contractually meant to finish
- Paint touch-ups or repairs
Saying so upfront is cheaper for both of us than finding out on the day.

Why does it need more than one visit?
Because fine dust stays airborne for days and lands after you have cleaned. One pass makes a house look finished; the second makes it stay finished. We quote both upfront rather than surprising you.
When should I book it?
After the last dusty trade leaves, not before. If painters or sanders are still coming back, we are cleaning for them rather than for you.
Do you remove building rubbish?
No. We are a cleaning company, not a haul-away service, and pretending otherwise would land us both in a bad afternoon.
Is it more expensive than a deep clean?
Usually, because it takes longer and the passes add up. The quote tool starts you at the deep-clean rate and we confirm after seeing photos or walking it.
