An empty house is the only time everything is reachable, so this is the most thorough clean we do. Inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the appliances, inside the closets. Whether you are chasing a deposit back or moving into someone else's dust, the standard is the same.
What a move clean covers
- Inside every cabinet, drawer and closet
- Inside the oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher
- All appliance exteriors, including on top and behind
- Full deep clean of both kitchen and bathrooms
- Skirting boards, door frames, switch plates, sills
- Interior windows and window tracks
- Garage sweep-out and patio sweep where applicable
What it doesn't cover
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning
- Exterior windows and pressure washing
- Rubbish or furniture removal

Do frequency discounts apply to a move clean?
No, and the quote tool will not offer them. It is a one-time service by definition, so we price it as one rather than pretending a discount exists.
Will this get my deposit back?
It gets the property to the condition a reasonable landlord inspects for, and our customers tell us it is what did it. We cannot promise what a specific landlord will decide — anyone who does is guessing.
Does the house need to be empty?
It should be, or as close as possible. We clean inside cabinets and closets, which only works if there is nothing in them. Furniture still in place means we work around it and the result is not the same.
How much notice do you need?
Move cleans are longer and we schedule them in blocks, so a week is comfortable. Call us anyway if it is shorter — closings move and we keep some slack for exactly that.
