Every kind of clean, covered
Seven services, each with a real starting price. Not sure which one you need? The quote tool will point you at it, and we will tell you if you have picked the expensive one by mistake.
The regular refresh — kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting, done properly, every visit.
Everything in a standard clean, plus the parts that only get touched once or twice a year.
An empty-home reset — inside every cabinet, drawer and appliance, for the deposit or the new start.
The same two cleaners, on a schedule, at up to 30% off every visit. The best value we offer.
Same-day turnovers with linens, restock and a photo check, so the next guest walks into a five-star review.
The renovation finished; the dust did not. Fine-dust removal in passes, because one pass never does it.
Interior glass, sills and tracks — the add-on that changes a room more than anything else on the list.

Questions, answered
How much does a cleaning cost?
You can see for yourself — the quote tool at the top of the page gives you a real number in about sixty seconds, no phone call and no home visit. Standard cleans start at $149, deep cleans at $219, move-outs at $289, and recurring visits from $112.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most of our recurring customers are not. Leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code and we will text you when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Everything — products, cloths, vacuums and mops. If you would rather we used something specific of yours, leave it out and say so in the notes.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes, both, and every cleaner is an employee rather than a subcontractor. You are letting someone into your home, so it is a fair question and we would rather you asked it.
